K&R Communications is a multi-service digital public relations and marketing firm that focuses on growing small businesses, nonprofits and churches in the digital realm. Our services include website design, social media marketing, branding, graphic design, photography, press writing and news placement, blogging and more. K&R Communications was founded on the principle of establishing a legacy for generations to come, therefore, we are a team of people who are passionate about helping our clients succeed in their efforts to grow or sustain in their particular market.

Our Founder and CEO, Keisha Reynolds, is passionate about integrated marketing and has nearly 10 years of experience in the area of marketing and communications. Our firm is committed to producing effective communications, meeting deadlines and expressing creativity with integrity.

ABOUT THE CEO

The story of Keisha Reynolds can be stretched a mile but, most importantly, it is still being written. In short, Keisha is best defined as kinetic. She puts things in motion and believes in the power of community. Keisha is the CEO of K&R Communications, a digital public relations firm that focuses on growing small businesses, nonprofits and churches in the digital realm. Her current client base spans throughout the East Coast from North Carolina to Virginia and New York. Keisha has published work on social media for higher education, and speaks around the country on its use for churches. Not only that, she is also an adjunct professor at Hampton University in the Scripps Howard School of Journalism and Communications where she leads the web development curriculum. In her spare time, she volunteers her efforts to her sorority, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., and to her church where she serves as a core member of the Innovation and Technology Ministry. She is also the Creator of EmpoweringHER Brunch™ and EmpoweringHER, LLC - a women's empowerment brand.

Keisha holds a Master of Arts in Media and Communications (Public Relations), and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Technical Communications.

RESEARCH

First, we seek to understand your objectives; then, we research your target audience and how they gain knowledge of and receive information about your company and its products/services. We identify the demographics of your brand and the type of messaging which your audience relates. We use this information to produce effective communications tactics for your brand.

PLANNING & COMMUNICATIONS

During the planning phase, our team brainstorms, along with your assistance, how to effectively reach your target audience based on the data gathered in phase one.

 

During the communications phase, we put the tactics into play. This is the most visible phase of the process. Within this phase, the research and planning produce the strategy that we use to reach your target audience with your company's message.

EVALUATION

Last, we evaluate our success. We review the data collected from the communications phase to see how the strategy is performing. With this, we continue with the plan or we adjust the plan as needed to ensure sucessed.
